Office Action Response Package

A review, consultation and written response to US Trademark Office Trademark Office Action.  Our fee is $275 per hour, most responses can be filed within one hour.  We will call or email you within 24 hours of receipt of your order to discuss your office action with you.  If it is determined that your response may take longer than one hour to prepare, we will discuss this with you.

What is an Office Action?

In 3-6 months after filing your US Trademark Application with the US Patent and Trademark Office, an Examining Attorney will review your application filing to determine if it is eligible for registration.  At this point, an initial Office Action (Refusal to Register) may issue that requires the filing of a written response or argument in order to overcome this refusal and advance your mark to approval.  Our service provides the review of your Office Action, a consultation to discuss the response that will need to be filed and the actual filing and monitoring of the Response to the Office Action that our Trademark Attorney will prepare for you.
