If you have a pending trademark application or a registered trademark that you need to assign to a new party, or if your business name has changed and you would like your registered trademark to reflect your new name, we can handle this service for you with the US Patent & Trademark Office.
Our fee to prepare, file and record a transfer and assignment agreement or name change is $265, this fee includes the US Trademark Office recordation fee of $40 for filing one assignment or name change.
